This 2-story country-style home features 3 bedrooms, 1 full
bath, 1 half-bath, 1590 finished square feet. It was built in
1935 and has been completely updated and refurbished, but
retains its country charm. There is one bedroom on the entry
level and two on the 2nd floor.
There is 1 queen-size bed, 1
full-size bed and 2 twin beds. Blankets and pillows are
provided. Bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
The kitchen is
fully equipped with microwave, range, refrigerator/freezer,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and
tableware. There
is also a washer and dryer.
The living room has a flat screen TV with high-definition
satellite.
There is a
screened-in patio with patio furniture for relaxing. A gas
grill is furnished for your outdoor cooking.
The house is cooled & heated with a 2-zone heat
pump system.
There is a 36 x 36
garage with a drive-through bay for parking your boat or
vehicle. The over-head clearance is 11’ 10”, so your
center-console boats with T-tops will easily fit. You are able
to drive-out of the garage and out the back of the lot onto a
back street. This prevents problems with having to back your
boat out onto a street. Also, for fishermen there is a covered
and lighted fish-cleaning station with water. The
fish cleaning station has an electrical outlet for your electric
fillet knives and a 50’ water hose for cleaning the table and
rinsing off your boat & trailer.”
